Pudding Cake
Passover Friendly
RECIPE:
8 Eggs- Separated
1C Sugar- Divided
3/4C Potato Starch
1/2C Oil
2T Orange Juice
1Pkg Instant Vanilla Pudding
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350*
DIRECTIONS:
Beat Egg Whites with 1/2C Sugar Until Stiff.
Refrigerate.
Mix Yolks with 1/2C Sugar & Remaining Ingredients.
Fold in Whites.
GREASE A 9X13 PAN
Bake for 40 Minutes.
