Line a Cast Iron Skillet with Bacon All The Way Around in a Circle (Will Overlap A Bit to Ensure No Holes for Eggs to Drip Through)
Add Egg Mixture Atop Bacon
Wrap Up Eggs with Bacon- Enclose It All
Bake in Oven on 400* for about 20 Minutes- or Until Lightly Golden Brown and Eggs Fully Cooked
