INGREDIENTS:
1 Red Pepper
1 Orange Pepper
1 Yellow Pepper
3 Eggs
Salt & Pepper to Taste
DIRECTIONS:
Slice Each Pepper in 1/2" Rings
Place 3 Peppers on an Oiled Skillet
Place 1 Egg (Scrambled or whole) Inside Eat Pepper Ring
Sprinkle with Salt & pepper for Taste
Cook Until Desired Taste
