Bacon Wrapped Spinach Stuffed Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

Chicken Breast

Bacon

McCormick Chicken Seasoning

Spinach Cheese (Optional- acts like glue)

1 Yellow Onion

Fresh Garlic

Salt & Pepper to Taste

DIRECTIONS:

Mince Garlic & Onion- Sautee until Golden Brown

Add in Spinach- Sautee until Soft

Add in Cheese (Optional)

Stuff Chicken with Spinach Mix

Season Chicken with McCormick Chicken Seasoning

Wrap Chicken in Bacon

Bake on 400* for about 45 Minutes Covered

Uncover and let Broil for about 5-10 Minutes to Crisp the Bacon
