Cranberry Brisket
Preheat Oven to 350*
INGREDIENTS:
Brisket
1 Onion- Sliced in Thin Rings
Red Wine
1 Can Jellied Cranberries- I Used Ocean Spray
1C +/- Golds Sweet & Sour Duck Sauce
Drop Water- To Thin Sauce
Salt & Pepper to Taste
DIRECTIONS:
Mix Together 1 Can Jellied Cranberry Sauce, 1C Sweet & Sour Duck Sauce, Drop Water to Thin Sauce.
Add in About 1C Red Wine
Mix.
Layer 9x13 Pan with Half of the Thinly Sliced Onions
Place Brisket Atop Onion Layer
Salt & Pepper Brisket with Thin Layer of Each
Place Half of the Sauce Atop Brisket
Layer with Remaining Onions
Garnish with Remaining Sauce Mix.
Cover with Foil
Bake on 350* for about an Hour- Check on occasionally for your best result (Rare, Medium etc...)
