French Onion Pork Chops
INGREDIENTS:
Pork Chops- About 4
2 Onions
2T Margarine
1T Oil
1C Beef Stock
.5C White Wine
Salt & Pepper to Taste
2 Garlic Cloves- Minced
About 4 Slices Cheese(or Shredded)- Mozzarella/Swiss
DIRECTIONS:
Dice Onions- Sautee Until Golden Brown
Add In Beef Stock
Add In Wine
Season with a Layer of Salt & Pepper
Season Pork Chops with Salt & Pepper on Each Side Lightly
Place Pork Chops in Skillet with Onion Mixture
Sear Pork Chops About 3 Minutes Each Side
Cover Pork Chops in Cheese, Let Melt
Baste Steaks in Onion Mixture Atop
