Stuffed Cabbage

Gluten Free

INGREDIENTS:


1 Head of Cabbage

Ground Beef

1 Yellow Onion

Fresh Garlic Cloves

1C Brown Rice

1 Eggs

1T Olive Oil

1 16oz Can Tomato Puree

1-2 Beefsteak Tomatoes- Diced

Salt & Pepper for Flavor

Bay Leaves


DIRECTIONS:


Cook Rice


Mince Onion & Garlic until Golden Brown.

Add in Ground Beef- Mince Up


Core The Cabbage and Soak Full Leaves in Hot Water Until Tender and Soft to Bend


Remaining Cabbage you can mince up and add to meat mixture


In a separate Skillet, Sautee Garlic in Olive Oil

Add in Freshly Diced Tomatoes and Tomato Puree

Add in Bay Leaves


Stuff Cabbage Leaves


Place Stuffed Cabbage in a Pan and Cover with Tomato Sauce Mixture


Bake on 350* for about an hour and a half
