Pepper Rice

INGREDIENTS:


Brown Rice- About 2 Servings

1 Onion

1/2 Red Pepper

1/2 Green Pepper

1/2 Orange Pepper

1/2 Yellow Pepper

Consume

Salt & Pepper to Taste

Water

Fresh Minced Garlic


DIRECTIONS:


Mince Garlic

Dice/Mince All Peppers

Dice Onion


Sautee Onion, Peppers & Garlic Until Soft and Lightly Browned


Cook Rice with Water as Directed on Box/Bag


Once Rice Cooked... Combine with Onion and Pepper Mix


Add in Consume and Simmer for about 10-13 Minutes on Super Low- Covered
